Return Process

  Fill out the returns slip included in your original parcel, indicating your order number and whether you require a refund or an exchange.

  Package and Post

  Securely package your items and send them back to our UK warehouse using your preferred tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery.

  Processing and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
